3Registration & Account Management

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information provided will be used for identity verification, payment processing, and account-related communications.

• Full name must match your official identity document.
• Email address that is active and solely yours — one email per account.
• Phone number that is active for two-factor authentication purposes.
• Password that is strong and unique — you are solely responsible for the security of your account password.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, tony88 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the offending activity. For account closures requested by the member, any eligible balance will be returned after the required verification is completed.

9Terms Modification & Applicable Law
